The hotel is conveniently located near Seward port and downtown, offering a quiet retreat for families. The functional rooms are equipped with essential amenities such as a microwave, coffee bar in the lobby, hair dryer, and fridge. The spacious rooms with 2 queen beds provide ample space for families to relax. Additionally, the on-site restaurant offers delicious vegetarian options, making dining convenient for guests.
One negative aspect is the miscommunication regarding the shuttle pick-up, causing inconvenience for guests.

Great Location, Close to Attractions! The hotel is conveniently situated near popular hiking destinations and other attractions. It was easy for us to explore and enjoy activities like dog sledding and visiting the nearby glacier. The shuttle service provided by the hotel was also a big plus, making it convenient for us to get around and explore the area.
Lack of Information and Assistance! We were given incorrect information about the shuttle pick-up, which resulted in us waiting for an hour.
